Suns Announce Roster Moves

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Miami Marlins announced a series of transactions that impact their Double-A affiliate Jacksonville Suns roster prior to tonight's game with the Huntsville Stars at Bragan Field.

Outfielder Michael Main has been transferred to Jacksonville from Single-A Greensboro. In 23 contests for the Grasshoppers, the 24-year-old accumulated a .228 average (21-92), adding a homer and seven RBI. Main began the season with the Suns, recording a .196 mark (9-46) with two RBI in 13 games.

The Marlins also announced right-handed reliever Mike Ojala has been released. The 25-year-old compiled a 1-1 record and 6.12 ERA (17 ER in 25.0 IP) in 16 appearances, including one start, for the Suns.

The Suns roster stands at 25, and a revised roster is attached.
