Sundogs Maintain Fifth Spot in CHL Coaches Poll

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League maintain the fifth spot in the most recent edition of the bi-weekly CHL coaches poll, based on voting by the league's 17 head coaches. The Sundogs, 24-12-4 on the season, received 105 points in the poll.

The Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs own the poll's top spot with a 29-7-4 record heading into this weekend's games, knocking off the Rocky Mountain Rage after three-straight weeks atop the poll. Rounding out the top five are Rocky Mountain (#2), the Colorado Eagles (#3) and the Laredo Bucks (#4).

The Sundogs face off against the Amarillo Gorillas in Texas tonight at 6:05pm (Arizona time). The game will be tape-delayed until 7:00pm (Arizona time) and can be heard on 96.7 FM The Wolf, the Official Broadcast Home of the Arizona Sundogs.
