
Sunday Finale Postponed in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Sunday's game between the Delmarva Shorebirds and the Greensboro Grasshoppers has been postponed due to rain. A makeup date will be announced at a later time. The Shorebirds return to NewBridge Bank Park from May 14th to 17th.
Delmarva now travels to Hagerstown for a three-game set against the Suns, beginning on Monday evening. Left-hander Bennett Parry (0-0, 3.38), who had been scheduled for Sunday's game in Greensboro, will now start the series opener in Hagerstown. The Suns' probable starter is right-hander Austen Williams (1-1, 0.93). First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 pm on Monday evening at Municipal Stadium.
