Rome, GA - The Hagerstown Suns defeated the Rome Braves once again Sunday afternoon 3-0 before 3,342 fans at State Mutual Stadium. It was the third straight loss for Rome and sixth straight defeat at the hands of the Suns.
The Suns scored a run in the fourth on an RBI single by Randolph Oduber and another run in the sixth on an RBI double by Bryce Harper. Hagerstown's third run of the game came in the eighth on a base hit by Adrian Sanchez to score Michael Taylor. They added another single run in the ninth for the 4-0 final.
This was the third time this season Rome has been shutout with two of the three games at the hands of Hagerstown pitching.
Matt Grace (2-3) gets the win while Rome's Ronan Pacheco (0-3) is tagged with the loss.
