
Sting And Knights Make A Deal

Sarnia Sting News Release
The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club announced today they have acquired forward Scott Restoule from the London Knights in return for defenseman Jeff Whitfield and a sixth round draft choice in 2005.
In Restoule the Sting acquire a player two years younger than Whitfield as well as added depth down the middle. Restoule, a native of Sudbury, was the Knights 4th round choice in the 2003 draft. Last season with Strathroy of the Western Junior B league Restoule scored 18 goals and had over a 100 minutes in penalties. Restoule scored three goals in five preseason games with the Knights.
Restoule will join the club this afternoon for practice and will be in the lineup when the Sting opens the 2004-2005 regular season this Friday versus Plymouth.
