Steven Delisle Assigned to the Express

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that D Steven Delisle was reassigned to Chicago from Springfield (AHL) by Columbus (NHL).
Delisle returns to Chicago after his second call up to the American Hockey League this month. The 6-6, 209 pound defenseman has played in 22 games with Chicago so far this season, earning one assist along with 18 PIM. He dropped the gloves in back-to-back games in Florida last week, going toe-to-toe with Everblades D Scott Fletcher. The two fights were the first of Delisle's pro career. Delisle began the year in Springfield, and has skated in six games with the Falcons this year.
The Express play tonight in Cincinnati at 6:35 pm, before returning to the Sears Centre Arena on Wednesday, January 25, Saturday, January 28, and Sunday, January 29, against the Cincinnati Cyclones.
