Steenhuis and McCready added to All-Star roster

BUFFALO, N.Y. (February 22, 2007) --The National Lacrosse League announced today that Mark Steenhuis and Pat McCready of the Buffalo Bandits have been named to the Eastern Division All-Star team as reserves.

Steenhuis will be making his fourth straight All-Star appearance. The six-year veteran was named MVP of the 2004 All-Star game when he led the East with six goals and an assist. This season, Steenhuis ranks second on the Bandits in scoring with 13 goals and 12 assists.

McCready leads Buffalo with 86 loose balls this season, which also ranks third in the league. A 12-year NLL veteran, he has chipped in four goals and 11 assists this season.

The 2007 All-Star Game will be played at the Rose Garden in Portland at 10 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 10.
