Steelheads Announce Revised 2009 Schedule

BOISE, Idaho - The Idaho Steelheads announced today that three home games, previously scheduled to be played on Jan. 14, 16 and 17, 2009 against the now defunct Fresno Falcons, have been rescheduled.

The Steelheads will keep the Wednesday, Jan. 14 home game, but will play against the Utah Grizzlies. The Friday, Jan. 16 and Saturday, Jan. 17 games have been cancelled. In their place, home games have been added on Tuesday, Feb. 24 versus Utah and Tuesday, Mar. 31 versus the Phoenix RoadRunners. All Steelheads home games start at 7:10 pm MT.

Steelheads Season Ticket Holders will receive tickets with the new home dates in the mail soon.

Fans who purchased individual game tickets for either of the cancelled games may exchange them for a game of their choice at the Qwest Arena Box Office.

The Idaho Steelheads would like to extend their appreciation to fans who may be inconvenienced from this unfortunate and unusual event.

The Steelheads take to the ice this Friday and Saturday, Jan. 9 and 10, as they welcome the Reading Royals to Qwest Arena for the first time.
