Steamwheelers Single Game Tickets go on Sale Today

DAVENPORT, Iowa — The Quad City Steamwheelers announced today that single game tickets for the 2004 season are now on sale. The Steamwheelers are coming of a 14-3 season under coach Rich Ingold and an af2 National Conference championship.

In 2004, The Steamwheelers will welcome eight teams to The MARK of the Quad Cities beginning on April 3 when the Manchester (N.H.) Wolves come to town.

Other 2004 home opponents include archrival Tennessee Valley Vipers and Peoria Pirates. The Pirates will roll into town on Friday, July 2, to battle the Steamwheelers for the "Ruler of the River" trophy.

Single game ticket prices are $44 for Dockside Front seats, $32 for Dockside seats, $19 for Main Deck seats, and $12 for Paddlewheel / Pilot's Deck / Q-Slough seats. Other ticket prices are $10 for Upper Deck seats, $7 for Observation Deck seats, and Kids tickets are $6. The Family Fun Deck's ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 dollars for children.

Season tickets having been selling fast as well. The Steamwheelers enjoyed their most successful Pick-A-Seat promotion since their inaugural year this past Sunday at The MARK of the Quad Cities. Good season ticket seats are still available. Full season packages starting as low as $54 and "Pick 5" partial season packages starting at $30. Fans will receive a limited edition Steamwheelers 5th Anniversary football with the purchase of two seats valued at $54 or more.
