
Stars on the Road against Tri-City on Wednesday

The Stars (13-5-0) will travel to Kearney, Neb. to take on the Tri-City Storm (6-8-3) on Wednesday, Nov. 25. Puck drop is set for 7:05 p.m. at the Viaero Center.
Lincoln is 3-0-0 vs. Tri-City this season, outscoring the Storm 12-4 with two shutout victories.
Last weekend, the Stars split a two-game series with the Youngstown Phantoms and retained their position atop the Western Conference standings. Lincoln is 6-4-0 in its last ten games. Ludvig Hoff leads the Stars with nine goals and 12 assists.
The Storm split a two-game series at home against Sioux Falls last weekend and have are seventh in the Western Conference, having gone 3-5-2 in their last 10 games. Carson Meyer leads the Storm with nine goals and eight assists.

Saturday vs. Youngstown (2-1 W)
Ethen Frank scored with 29 seconds remaining in regulaiton to tie the game - then Ludvig Hoff notched the overtime winner on the power play. The Stars outshot the Phantoms 47-30 and Patrik Virtanen made 29 saves.
The Hoff - Ludvig Hoff is second in the USHL with 21 points (nine goals, 12 assists). Sioux Falls forward Parker Tuomie leads the league with 25 points.
Scouting Tri-City - The Storm have dropped two of their last three games and have gone 3-5-2 in their last ten games. Tri-City is led by Carson Meyer who has nine goals and eight assists in 17 games.

20th Anniversary Season - The Stars are celebrating their 20th Anniversary Season this year. The team played its first season in 1996-1997.
Oh Captain, My Captain - Biagio Lerario was named team captain for the 2015-2016 season. Ludvig Hoff, Patrick Polino and Dylan Woolf were named assistants. The Stars eight-man leadership group includes those four players along with Adam Brady, Sam Kauppila, Ryan Jones and Christian Evers.
