
Stars Host Buccaneers on Saturday Night

The Stars (14-5-0) will host the Des Moines Buccaneers (7-11-2) for the fourth meeting between the teams this season on Saturday, November 28 at the Ice Box. Puck drop is set for 7:05 p.m.
Lincoln topped Tri-City, 2-1, on Wednesday in a shootout, moving to 6-4-0 in their last 10 games. The Stars boast the top ranked power play in the USHL, converting on 24.6% of their chances.
Des Moines enters tonight on a four-game losing streak after dropping a 4-3 overtime decision against Green Bay last night.
The Stars are 2-1-0 vs. the Buccaneers this season. Des Moines won the previous meeting 6-2 back on Oct. 27 in the Ice Box.

Peyton Jones made 47 saves in the Stars first shootout win of the season. Will D'Orsi scored Lincoln's lone goal in regulation before Ethen Frank notched the winning goal in the seventh round of the shootout. The Stars are now 4-0-0 against the Storm this season.
The Hoff - Ludvig Hoff is second in the USHL with 21 points (nine goals, 12 assists). Sioux Falls forward Parker Tuomie leads the league with 25 points.
