(Calgary) â Today Calgary Stampeders' General Manager and Head Coach Matt Dunigan announced the free agent signing of kicker Charles Hebert.
"Charles has an extremely strong leg and the capabilities of doing all three kicking jobs. We are extremely excited to see Charles compete in this year's camp" stated General Manager and Head Coach Matt Dunigan.
