Stampede's Mikki Moore Named All-NBA D-League

NEW YORK, May 2, 2012 - Idaho Stampede center Mikki Moore was named a 2012 NBA Development League honorable mention honoree and made the league's second-team All-Defense squad, the league announced today.

Moore, a 13-year NBA veteran, including a seven-game GATORADE Call-Up with the Golden State Warriors in 2011-12, played 33 games (32 starts) with Idaho this season. Moore averaged 11.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, shooting 55.4 percent from the field and 83.5 percent from the free throw line. On the season, Moore totaled six double-doubles and had 10 games of two or more blocked shots; Moore had a season-high 22 points on March 5 and a season-high 13 rebounds on Feb. 3.

This is the second consecutive year that the Stampede has had a player be an All-League honorable mention and All-Defensive second team member (Cedric Jackson).
