BOISE, Idaho, November 20, 2013 - The Idaho Stampede waived two players today, Christian Kabongo (Guard, New Mexico St.) and Tracy Smith (Forward, NC State), bringing their roster down to ten players. The team's roster is now set for the 2013-14 regular season.
