
Reno Bighorns Win Big over Idaho Stampede

RENO, NV, November 19, 2013 -The Reno Bighorns defeated the Idaho Stamped 125-102 in Winnemucca, NV Tuesday night in their final preseason game before the start of the 2013-14 regular season. The team's exhibition record stands at 1-1.
The Bighorns were led by Ra'Shad James' 21 points. Brandon Heath and Bryan Davis each grabbed 5 rebounds. In the first quarter, Reno went on a 11-0 run to gain the early advantage and led by as many as 27 points in the third quarter. Strong guard play made the difference for the Bighorns throughout the game. Reno held Idaho to 45.7% shooting from the field on Tuesday.
Idaho's Pierre Jackson had a game-high 26 points, while EJ Singler added 18 points for the Stampede.
The Bighorns will face the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Friday, November 22nd at 5:00 p.m. PST. Reno's home opener is set for Friday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m. against the Santa Cruz Warriors at the Reno Events Center. Season tickets and group tickets are on sale now.
