Squirrels and Rock Cats Postponed on Sunday

Hardware City, CT - The Richmond Flying Squirrels and New Britain Rock Cats were unable to resume Saturday's suspended game, and also had Sunday's scheduled game postponed due to unplayable field conditions at New Britain Stadium. The teams will now resume Saturday's suspended game at 5:05 p.m. on Monday night. A seven-inning game will follow, and the series will be shortened to just the two games.

Richmond RHP Joe Biagini (6-4, 1.97) will pick up the series opener against New Britain RHP Matt Flemer (3-3, 3.42). LHP Adalberto Mejia (2-0, 1.53) will start the second game against New Britain RHP Ryan Arrowood (0-2, 11.37). The Flying Squirrels Pregame Warmup will begin at 4.35 p.m. on Fox Sports 910 and FoxSportsRichmond.com.
