(Saginaw, MI) - Rookie Gabriel Vilardi scored twice, as the Spitfires beat the Spirit 6-1 Friday night in front of 3,844 at the Dow Event Center.
Christian Fischer (40), Logan Brown (21), Hayden McCool (15) and Mads Eller (2) had the other goals for a Windsor (39-21-6-1) club that has now won back-to-back games.
Brown (1G, 2A), Vilardi (2G, 1A) and Sergachev (2A) all had multi-point games.
Michael DiPietro made 19 saves for his 16th victory of the season in goal.
Brendan Bonello (16 saves) took the loss in net for the hometown Spirit.
The Spitfires wrap their regular season schedule with a visit to Sarnia Sunday (7:05).
