Sound Tigers to Unveil New Third Jersey this Friday Vs. Whale

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Nov. 22, 2011) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers have announced they will unveil their new third jersey this Friday, Nov. 25 when they host the Connecticut Whale.

The team will wear the new sweaters at every Sunday home game for the rest of the 2011=2D2012 season. The jerseys will be predominantly black, a style which is not new to Sound Tigers fans. The team wore black jerseys from 2002-04.

"We are excited to add a new third jersey to our collection," said Sound Tigers President Howard Saffan. "We've worn black sweaters in the past, and hope the fans like these as much as our previous jerseys."

The Sound Tigers will wear their third jerseys for the following games:

Nov. 25 vs. CT Whale

Nov. 27 vs. Manchester

Dec. 4 vs. Hershey

Jan. 15 vs. Binghamton

Feb. 12 vs. CT Whale

Feb. 19 vs. Hershey

Feb. 26 vs. Albany

Mar. 11 vs. Norfolk

Mar. 25 vs. CT Whale

Apr. 1 vs. Manchester

Apr. 15 vs. W-B/Scranton
