
Sound Tigers Sign Trudeau to ATO

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (March 27, 2014) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that goaltender Philippe Trudeau has signed an amateur tryout contract (ATO).
Trudeau, 20, played the last four seasons in major juniors. He appeared with three different teams (Moncton, Cape Breton, Val d'Or) in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 2010-2013. In 2013-14, he appeared in 63 games for the Ottawa 67s of the Ontario Hockey League. He posted a 22-32-6 record with a 4.03 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage. He signed an ATO with Binghamton Senators on March 21 but did not appear in a game.
