Sound Tigers Sign Hill to PTO

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Oct. 27, 2012) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today they have signed defenseman Jordan Hill to a professional tryout contract (PTO).

Hill, 23, joins the Sound Tigers after registering one assist in six games this season with the Ontario Reign of the ECHL. The Sarnia, ON native spent all of last season with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, recording three points (one goal, two assists) and 35 penalty minutes in 41 games.

The Sound Tigers continue their road trip tonight against the Springfield Falcons at 7:00 p.m. The Sound Tigers return to Webster Bank Arena for contests against Hershey and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Nov. 3 and 4.
