TOEING THE RUBBER: In his Isotopes debut, Chi Chi Gonzalez earned the win after allowing one run over 7.0 innings on the hill. The right-hander struck out eight and walked one ... Mitch Horacek allowed two runs in his inning of relief while Nelson Gonzalez yielded one run in his frame on the mound.

AT THE DISH: The Isotopes powered their way to victory with six of their 13 hits going for extra-bases ... Elliot Soto had a career day, blasting two home runs on the afternoon. It was the 29-year-old's first multi-homer game of his professional career. Soto had just seven career home runs in 10 professional seasons coming into today's game ... Also homering for the Isotopes was Dom Nunez. The longball was the first of his Triple-A career ... Brian Mundell also had a big game for Albuquerque, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI.
