Somerset Patriots will host first ever Harry Potter Night at Commerce Bank Ballpark

Bridgewater, NJ- The Atlantic League Champion Somerset Patriots have announced that Tuesday, June 1st will be Harry Potter Night at Commerce Bank Ballpark for the 7:05 pm game against the Atlantic City Surf.

With the release of the new Harry Potter movie on Friday, June 4th, the Somerset Patriots will welcome Harry Potter fans with a special theme night at the game.

Fans will be able to participate in different contests such as a Harry Potter look-a-like contest, trivia contests, and various promotions geared towards the movies and books. The Patriots will be giving out Harry Potter prizes including movies, books, and items related to the new movie.

The Patriots will also be showing the new Harry Potter movie trailer at the ballpark for the release of the film "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban."

Fans that dress up as Harry Potter or their favorite character from the books and movies will receive $1.00 off their tickets the day of the game.

"We are always looking for new and exciting ways to use the ballpark. This season, we wanted to add theme nights that will appeal to large audiences and we feel that Harry Potter Night is one that everyone can enjoy," said Patrick McVerry, President/ General Manager of the Somerset Patriots Baseball Club.
