Solar Bears to Play Everblades on Road in Preseason

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, have announced that the team will play a pair of preseason games against the Florida Everblades on Friday, Oct. 7 and Saturday, Oct. 8. For the fifth straight year, both games will be played at Germain Arena, the home of the Everblades, in Estero, Fla.
The Solar Bears and Everblades meet up for the first of the two games at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, and play the second of the back-to-back games at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8. Tickets for the two preseason games will go on sale at a later date at ticketmaster.com. Since these two games are exhibition contests, the results of the games do not carry over into the regular season.
The Solar Bears begin their 2015-16 regular season on home ice at the Amway Center when they face the Everblades on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m.

The Solar Bears drop the puck on their fifth season of ECHL hockey on Saturday, Oct. 22 against the Florida Everblades at the Amway Center.
