Syracuse, NY (December 27, 2004) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have recalled left wing Tyler Sloan from Dayton (ECHL).

Sloan, 23, has appeared in 23 games with Dayton this season, recording 3 goals, 6 assists and 45 penalty minutes. In 110 career AHL games, all with Syracuse, Sloan has tallied 4 goals, 5 assists and 101 penalty minutes. A native of Calgary, Alberta, Sloan was originally signed as a free agent by Columbus on September 24, 2000.
