The Silvertips scored all three of their goals on the powerplay - including Zach Hamill's winner in OT - as they edged the Blazers 3-2.

Kyle Beach and Dan Gendur staked the home side to a 2-0 lead by the 8-minute mark of the second period before Travis Dunstall converted on a 5-on-3 midway through period two to cut the lead to 2-1.

The Blazers forced overtime on Brock Nixon's shorthanded, extra-attacker goal with 1.2 seconds to play in regulation.

Everett was 3-for-8 on the PP while the Blazers were 1-for-7. Final shots were 28-21 Blazers. Leland Irving picked up the win for the Silvertips.

The Blazers are back in action on Saturday in Seattle.
