Learn the secrets that have made Chris Henderson one of the best players to ever play for the Colorado Rapids and Major League Soccer!

Colorado Rapids and U.S. National Team midfielder CHRIS HENDERSON will teach soccer players ages 13 and up the skills needed to greatly improve their speed and sprinting abilities as they relate to soccer.

Designed by Chris Henderson and the UCLA Strength and Conditioning coach, the camp will focus on technique, agility, proper conditioning, and sprinting power.

All campers will also receive a free t-shirt and a ticket to a Colorado Rapids home game in 2003.

WHO: Soccer players ages 13 and up who are interested in improving their speed and conditioning.

WHAT: Four or Six-Week camp, starting November 4

WHERE: South High School auxiliary track, in Denver

WHEN: Each session, held twice per week, will begin at 4:15 p.m.

PRICE: $135 for the four-week camp - $165 for the six-week camp
