
Craig Ziadie Called To Jamaican National Team

SECAUCUS, NJ (October 25, 2002) - MetroStars defender Craig Ziadie has been called to the Jamaican national team for an upcoming international friendly against the national team of Guatelama, to be held in Guatemala City on Wednesday, October 30. He will depart for the trip to Guatemala on Tuesday, October 29.
Ziadie, 24, will be joining the Jamaican National team for the second time in less than a month. He started on October 16 and played all 90 minutes in earning his first cap in a 1-1 tie against Japan in Tokyo. The young defender started 18 games, playing 20 total, with the MetroStars after joining the club in a trade with DC United on May 9, 2002. Ziadie will rejoin the MetroStars following the game against Guatemala.
