Amidst a 2-6-2 stretch in the last 10 games that forced a handful of roster moves this week, the Thunder now faces the league's hottest team, the Las Vegas Wranglers, this Friday and Saturday at Stockton Arena. Las Vegas is 11-0-1 in its last 12 games and has only lost twice in regulation in its last 31 regular season games, dating back to the 2006-07 season. The teams met twice in Las Vegas in October with the Wranglers taking both games. The Thunder, who is 4-3-0 at home this season, went 1-2-0 against Las Vegas at Stockton Arena last year.

1420 KSTN is the Thunder's flagship radio station and all Thunder games can be heard live on the Internet (free-of-charge) and are available for viewing at a $6 "pay-per-view" charge at www.stocktonthunder.com, courtesy of B2 Networks. Radio broadcaster Mike Benton provides play-by-play commentary, with the "Thunder Forecast" pre-game show starting 15 minutes before each broadcast.

In addition, Valley Brew Family Restaurant is in its second season as official host of the Thunder Watch Party (via B2 Networks' "Bar and Pub Network") for all road games, featuring prizes and broadcast-interactive contests for all fans in attendance.

Wednesday, November 28 (Stockton 4 - Utah 3, SO)

Goaltender Tim Boron made 32 saves in his Stockton Thunder debut and the Thunder rallied from a two-goal deficit in the third period, courtesy of goals from Mark Adamek and Andy Contois just 1:14 apart, to force overtime and sink the Utah Grizzlies in a 4-3 shootout win before 3,316 at The E-Center on Wednesday. Jonas Almtorp scored the first goal of the game, followed by three unanswered goals from Utah's Scott Burt (two goals) and Keith Johnson and the Thunder rally late in the game.

Friday, November 30 (Utah 3 - Stockton 2, SO)

Behind goaltender Tim Boron's career-high 43 saves, the Thunder battled back from a two-goal deficit in the third period for the second straight game, but the Utah Grizzlies took the extra point on goaltender Michael Mole's four shootout stops in a 3-2 shootout win over the Thunder before 4,266 at The E-Center on Friday. The Thunder forced overtime on goals from Ryan O'Marra and Geoff Paukovich, while Scott Burt led Utah's offense with two goals.

Saturday, December 1, 2007 (Utah 4 - Stockton 0)

Goaltender Nathan Lawson picked up the second shutout of his career on a 28-save effort as the Thunder suffered the second all-time shutout in modern club history in a 4-0 Utah Grizzlies win over the Thunder before 3,385 at The E-Center on Saturday. Utah forward Keith Johnson scored two goals, aided by third period markers from Trevor Smith and Christian Gaudet.
