Shea Theodore Reassigned to Gulls

San Diego Gulls News Release

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that defenseman Shea Theodore has been reassigned by the Anaheim Ducks, San Diego's National Hockey League affiliate.

Theodore, 20 (8/3/95), was recalled by Anaheim on Oct. 17 but did not appear in the following night's game vs. the Minnesota Wild. Theodore has appeared in San Diego's two contests this season, earning one assist (0-1=1) with a +3 rating.

Selected by Anaheim in the first round (26th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft, Theodore spent the majority of last season with Seattle (WHL) and was named the Western Hockey League's Defenseman of the Year. The 6-2, 195-pound blueliner finished his career with Seattle as the all-time leader in goals (58) and points (212) by a defenseman.
