Shea Loaned to Toledo

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs announced today that defenseman Bobby Shea has been loaned to the Toledo Walleye (ECHL).

The Harrison Township, Mich. native has played in 22 games with the IceHogs this season. This is Shea's first full professional campaign, putting up four points (1g-3a). His first AHL career goal came on Nov., 8 vs. Iowa Wild when the Hogs topped the Wild 3-1.

Shea started the season with the Walleye where he accumulated one point, an assist, in three games.

Next Home Game: Saturday, Jan. 25 against Milwaukee Admirals. Rockford hosts their annual "Pink in the Rink" night. The first 5,000 fans into the barn will receive thunder sticks courtesy of Swedish American Hospital.
