Wilmington Sharks News Release
For the second night in a row, the Wilmington Sharks have boarded the bus and traveled to a city only to be rained out.
After being rained out in Florence Tuesday night, the Sharks attempted to get back on the field at Fayetteville Wednesday night, only to be derailed by rain and lightning for the second consecutive night.
The Sharks and RedWolves now play a doubleheader in Florence on Friday night, while the Sharks and Swampdogs will face off in a doubleheader in Fayetteville on July 11.
After now having three days off, the Sharks return home to the Shark Tank on Thursday night to take on the Morehead City Marlins at 7:05 with gates opening at 6 p.m.
It's a Fat Tony's Thirsty Thursday with $1 drink specials, and it is also Fat Tony's Shirt off our Back Night, where 30 lucky fans will recieve the Sharks' game-worn jerseys after the contest.
Skip the lines and head over toÃÂ http://www.wilmingtontickets.com/ÃÂ to buy and print your tickets before arriving at tomorrow's game as well as every other Sharks game this season.
