
Series-Opener with Keys Postponed, Double-Header Tuesday

Myrtle Beach Pelicans News Release
Monday's game between the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (14-9) and the Frederick Keys (12-11) has been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will play a double-header beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The night will feature two, seven-inning games roughly 30 minutes apart.
Right-hander Jerad Eickhoff (2-2, 5.59) will take on right-hander Zach Davies (1-2, 5.14) in game one. Right-hander Joe Van Meter will take on righty Zach Petersime (0-2, 9.45) in the second tilt.
The Pelicans return home on Tuesday, May 7 when the Lynchburg Hillcats come to town. It will be a Team Tuesday presented by Sheriar Press - the first 1,000 fans will receive a Jason Heyward poster.
