Binghamton Senators News Release
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators have reduced their training camp roster to 20 players after the release of forwards Scott May and Aaron Slattengren, and defensemen George Halkidis on Sunday from their AHL tryout agreements.
Binghamton released goaltenders David Cacciola and Kris Tebbs earlier in the week.
Additional players are expected to be assigned as Ottawa finished their preseason schedule on Saturday night. Binghamton continues to prepare for their home opener on Saturday, Oct. 7 vs. Syracuse at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.
Tickets are still available for opening weekend. Fans can purchase tickets at the Senators front office on third floor of the Arena. That office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Fans can also purchase tickets by calling 722-SENS.
