Harrisburg Senators News Release
The Harrisburg Senators opened their six-game series in Erie with a 4-3 win over the SeaWolves. Harrisburg scored first taking a 1-0 lead in the fifth inning. They tallied three more in the sixth and looked to be cruising towards the win before Erie rallied for three runs in the eighth inning. The SeaWolves put the tying run on base with one out in the ninth but the final two batters of the game struck out, giving the Sens the win.
THE BIG PLAY
Brady House clobbered a three-run home run with two outs in the sixth inning to give the Senators a 4-0 lead.
FILIBUSTERS
The Senators pitching staff walked eight batters and struck out eight... Robert Hassell III stole three bases... Harrisburg stole a season-high four bases in the game... Michael Cuevas earned the win and Nash Walters pitched around a one-out walk to earn the first save this season for Harrisburg... The game was played in a steady drizzle to light rain.
