The Harrisburg Senators waited 17 games for the offense to show up, but show up it did as the Sens scored 15 runs on 19 hits in defeating the Rock Cats 15-5. Five different Senators had at least two hits led by Danny Espinosa who had a season-high four hits. Brad Coon, Jhonatan Solano, and Michael Martinez all had three hits and Chris Marrero had two hits. Marrero chipped in with three RBIs and Coon, Espinosa and Martinez all had a pair of RBIs.

The Sens got things going with a six-run first inning and they were on their way from there. They tacked on two in the fourth and fifth innings, one in the sixth, and four more in the eighth. Rafael Martin picked up the win in relief of Erik Arnesen who made a spot start for the Sens. Hassan Pena was the third Sens pitcher of the night, going the final 2.2 innings.

Six of the first seven batters in the first inning for the Senators scored as they batted around while sending 11 batters to the plate. It was the first time this year the Sens have batted around. The Sens also had season high's with six doubles, seven extra base hits, six runs in an inning and seven hits in an inning. As a team on Saturday night, they were 10 x 18 with runners in scoring position.

Harrisburg goes for the series win on Sunday afternoon with LH Tom Milone on the mound against LH Tyler Robertson for New Britain. The first pitch is at 1:35pm with the airtime on 1460AM The Ticket at 1:20pm. The game can also be heard on the Internet through the Senators website.
