
Sell out Crowd Sees Wranglers Win Finale 2-0

Las Vegas, NVâ The Las Vegas Wranglers defeated the Alaska Aces 2-0 Saturday night in front of a sell out crowd of 7,773. Las Vegas goaltender Marc Magliarditi made 34 saves in the shutout victory. Defenseman Christian Chartier and forward Marco Peluso each scored for the Wranglers in the win. The Wranglers concluded their season with a 31-33-8 record.
In the third period, Wranglers' defenseman Christian Chartier slapped a rebound passed Aces goaltender Peter Aubry to give the Wranglers a 1-0 lead at 2:26. Marco Peluso scored an empty-net goal with 1:03 left in the game to seal the win for Las Vegas.
