
Gladiators First Round Playoff Series Set

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
With a 3-2 win over the Augusta Lynx on Saturday night coupled with a Mississippi loss on Saturday night, the Gwinnett Gladiators secured the #4 seed in the American Conference and will host the #5 seed Mississippi Sea Wolves in the first round of the 2005 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
The Gladiators will open the 2005 Kelly Cup Playoffs at home on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 7:05 p.m. against Mississippi while games three, four and five will also be at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Gwinnett will have the possibility of 4 home games in the series due to unavailability of ice at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
The first 1,500 fans can score a 2005 Kelly Cup Playoffs "White-Out" tee shirt at Game #3 of the series on Saturday, April 16th courtesy of Kroger. Due to a scheduling conflict at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, Game 2 of the series, the only game in Mississippi, on Friday, April 15th will be at 9:35 p.m. E.T., one hour later than originally scheduled.
Fans and Season ticket holders should use tickets labeled "Playoff Game #1" for the Gladiators home game on Wednesday, April 13th, tickets labeled "Playoff Game #2" for the Gladiators home game on Saturday, April 16th, tickets labeled "Playoff Game #3" for the Gladiators home game on Monday, April 18th if a fourth game of the series is necessary and fans should use tickets labeled "Playoff Game #4" for the Gladiators home game on Tuesday, April 19th, if a 5th game of the series if necessary. A complete schedule follows.
Playoff tickets are now on sale at area ticketmaster locations, charge by phone at 404-509-8166, online at ticketmaster.com and at the Arena at Gwinnett Center Box office. Fans can lock in their same seat through the Kelly Cup playoffs with one of the Gladiators ticket packages by calling the Gladiators office at 770-497-5100.

The Central Division Champion Gwinnett Gladiators continue their second season in the 2005 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
