Today, the SeaWolves look to rebound after back-to-back losses as they take on the red hot Harrisburg Senators (Washington Nationals) in the third game of a four-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Yesterday, the SeaWolves dropped their second straight in a rain-shortened game to the Senators 8-2...Harrisburg has belted out 18 runs on 27 hits over the first two games of the series. The Senators are hitting .333 with 42 runs on 59 hits over their five-game winning streak which is the longest current win streak in the EL...Victor Larez makes his ninth start of the season and his first against the Senators. Larez took his first loss of the season in his last start at Akron on May 17. In the game, he allowed three runs, two earned, on six hits with two walks and five strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work. Erie lost the game 4-1...RHP Nathan Karns takes the mound for Harrisburg making his ninth start. Karns has won three of his last four starts. In his last start against Reading, Karns allowed three runs on seven hits with no walks and six strikeouts in six innings of work. It was the first time this season where he did not allow a walk...The SeaWolves are in first place for the deepest time in a season since the club won the Southern Division in 2007.
