The Sea Dogs return home after being swept in a four-game series against the Binghamton Mets at NYSEG Stadium. The 'Dogs look to snap the streak and improve on their 29-13 home record and 7-3 record against the 'Cats.

HOME BEFORE THE BREAK: The Sea Dogs return home to start a five-game series in four days against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) on Friday night at Hadlock Field...Portland was swept in a four-game series at Binghamton, and have lost four straight games for the first time this season...RHP Jeremy Kehrt (0-0, 2.45) makes a spot start in the series opener...Yesterday was the first time Portland has been swept this season - they still own the best record in the Eastern League.

RUNS IN BUNCHES: The Binghamton Mets completed a four-game sweep of the Portland Sea Dogs, winning 13-3 on Thursday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium...Binghamton scored their runs in just three innings, taking a 4-0 lead off losing pitcher RHP Luis Diaz in the second inning...The B-Mets scored nine runs in the last two innings, including five unearned runs off Michael Olmsted in the eighth inning...Blake Swihart closed the gap to 4-3 with a two-run double in the sixth...Keury De La Cruz added a run-scoring single in the fifth...Travis Taijeron went 2-for-4 with a homer and 4 RBI.
