Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders News Release

MOOSIC, PA. - The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders game against the Norfolk Tides set for Friday, August 17, was postponed due to rain.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and Norfolk will play a

twinbill on Saturday beginning at 5:05 p.m. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. on Pierogis Night with a Legends Series appearance by baseball Hall-of-Famer Andre Dawson. The RailRiders and Tides will play two seven-inning games Saturday.

Pregame coverage on NEPA Sports Radio "The Game" will begin at 4:35 p.m. The RailRiders are home through Sunday against the Tides before an off day and a seven-game road trip.
