Friday's contest was suspended in the second inning and will resume at 5:35 p.m.
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs' Friday night contest against the Indianapolis Indians has been suspended in the second inning due to inclement weather. The remainder of the game will be completed as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 17.
Friday night's contest was halted with two outs in the top of the second inning and Indianapolis leading 1-0. That contest will resume Saturday at 5:35 p.m. and be played to its nine-inning conclusion. Saturday evening's second game will be a seven-inning affair that begins approximately 30 minutes after Game 1's conclusion.
Saturday will remain Pirate & Princess Night with the princess tea party on the PNC Club Level taking place at its regularly scheduled time from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. The doubleheader will be followed by Pirate & Princess fireworks presented by NAMI-Lehigh Valley.
All gates will open at 4:30 p.m. and guests will only need one ticket to enter for both of Saturday's contests.
Due to this postponement, guests holding a ticket to Friday's game will be able to exchange each ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any home game remaining on our 2018 schedule, or any April 2019 contest (check out our 2019 schedule here). All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and must be made in-person at the Coca-Cola Park Ticket Office (no phone or online exchanges will be permitted).
