Scooby-Doo To Visit Crunch December 4

Syracuse, NY (November 23, 2004) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that Scooby-Doo will visit the War Memorial at Oncenter at their Saturday, December 4 game vs. St. John's. The team also announced that WYNIT will be on hand to distribute free kid photo identification cards.

Scooby-Doo will be available between the first and second intermissions to take pictures and sign autographs in Memorial Hall. During the Crunch's November 24, November 26 and November 28 game one fan will win a VIP family pass for a pre-game party with Scooby-Doo and four tickets to the game on December 4.

During the Crunch game on December 4, parents will obtain a photo identification card from WYNIT, for their children, that contains vital statistics, such as the child's date of birth, hair and eye color and any distinguishing marks or features. Parents will also receive information to help them talk with their children about the rules for safety, such as the buddy system.

The Crunch host Albany on Wednesday, November 24 for a 7 p.m. game. On Friday, November 26, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton visits Syracuse for a 7:30 p.m. match-up.
