Schebler Joins Wahoos on Rehab Assignment

Cincinnati Reds outfielder Scott Schebler has joined the Blue Wahoos as part of a Major League rehab assignment. He is recovering from a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder. He's been out since crashing into the outfield wall on July 14.
In 76 games with the Reds this season, he's hitting a career-best .278 with 12 home runs and 37 RBI. Schebler rehabbed with the Blue Wahoos in April. He played in three games with Pensacola against the Mississippi Braves in mid-April and went 2-for-12.
The Blue Wahoos are in the midst of a five-game road series with the Biloxi Shuckers.
