Save the Date Frontier League and ThunderBolts Release 2023 Schedule

Windy City ThunderBolts News Release
The Windy City ThunderBolts and the Frontier League are proud to release their schedule for the 2023 season. The Frontier League's 96-game slate will feature the same sixteen teams that participated in the previous season. The league's division set-up will also not change from last year. The schedule format is unbalanced in 2023 as all teams will play every team in the league. Teams will play their divisional foes between 9 and 12 times, while playing the opposite division opponents in at least one three-game series.
One significant change at Ozinga Field will be some earlier game times. All Tuesday through Friday night games will now start at 6:35 pm and Sunday games will begin at 1:05 pm. Our Saturdays will still start at 6:05 pm. Our weekday 10:35 am morning day games are back with seven dates currently scheduled. Opening Night of the 2023 season will be Thursday, May 11th at 6:35 pm against Schaumburg. The season will begin with a stretch of 12 of the first 15 games at home in Crestwood.
The ThunderBolts are pleased to announce that our famous postgame fireworks will return each Friday and Saturday night in 2022! The rest of our weekly promotional schedule will be announced very soon. Giveaways and special theme night dates will be announced at a later time.
Group pricing will be announced in a few weeks and tickets for our Executive Suites, all-you-can-eat Picnics, and our popular #WinCity Party Patio will go on-sale on Halloween, Monday, November 24th.
