
Saulnier Twins Win Q Weekly Honors

Moncton Wildcat Allain Saulnier has been named the QMJHL TELUS First star of the week after registering nine points (2 goals, 7 assists) in three games this week. Allain also had a plus/minus rating of +6. In Friday's 7-5 win over the Baie-Comeau Drakkar Saulnier registered 4 points and was named the games first star. Allain was also named the game's first star in Saturdays win against the Chicoutimi Sagueneens.
Allain's twin brother Alex was name the QMJHL TELUS second star for the week. Alex collected 6 points (3 goals and 3 assists) in three games during week. He also posted a plus/minus rating of +6. In Wednesday night's 5-3 win over the Rimouski Oceanic Alex was named the game's first star.
The Saulnier twins and the Moncton Wildcats are back in action Wednesday September 29 when they battle the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles. Game time is 7pm at the Moncton Coliseum.
