Saturday's Game to be Played as Scheduled

CHARLOTTE, NC - Saturday's game against the Chicago Wolves will be played as scheduled at 6 p.m. at Bojangles' Coliseum.
Ticket holders who are concerned about weather-related travel difficulties may exchange their tickets for one of three upcoming home games listed below by contacting a Checkers ticket representative at (704) 342-4423 or emailing tickets@gocheckers.com.
- Friday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m.
- Sunday, April 10 at 12 p.m.
Those traveling to the game should please use caution and plan accordingly. Weather is expected to clear this afternoon and crews were scheduled to begin working on all parking lots this morning, though fans should be aware that some challenges might persist.
Please note that Sprint Cup Series drivers Aric Almirola and Ryan Newman are planning to make their expected appearance and autograph session as part of the Checkers' annual Race Night promotion. Also, the following parking and concessions specials announced earlier this week will remain in effect:
Free Parking at Former Eastland Mall Site
Free parking will be available at the former Eastland Mall lot located at 5741 Central Ave. Beginning at 4 p.m., a free shuttle will run continuously from this site to Bojangles' Coliseum. Security and parking attendants will be in place.
$5 Parking at the Park
Fans who access parking at the Park Expo & Conference Center from Old Briarcreek and Briarcreek roads between 4-5 p.m. can enjoy a discounted $5 rate. After the early-bird window closes, parking will revert to the original $8 price.
Shuttle service to the coliseum will be provided for the duration of the evening. Season ticket holders who prefer to park in this location and ride the shuttle may present their vouchers to an attendant.
Concessions Special
Bojangles' Coliseum will offer a $4 hot dog, soft drink and popcorn special (regular price $9) from when doors open at 4:30 until puck drop at 6.
