
Saturday's Baseball Camp Cancelled

Waterloo, Iowa - The Waterloo Bucks have announced today's youth baseball camp has been cancelled. The team has placed their field tarp on the infield and it will remain there throughout the afternoon due to rain in preparation of tonight's game versus the St. Cloud Rox.
The next Bucks baseball camp is slated for Saturday, July 11. The camp is open to children ages 17 and under and will begin at noon at renovated Riverfront Stadium. The cost to attend is $15 per person. Bucks players will run the camp. Individuals interested in attending the clinics may sign-up and pay at the Riverfront Stadium Souvenir Stand during Bucks home games starting June 15 or can show up at 11:45 am on the day of the camp with the entry fee and a baseball glove. Each participant must fill out a Player Information Sheet/Waiver, which will be available online at www.waterloobucks.com, at the Riverfront Stadium Souvenir Stand, or on the day of the camp. The Bucks will host St. Cloud tonight at 7:05 pm with a scheduled post-game Fireworks Extravaganza. Gates open at 6:00 pm. Tickets for tonight's game are available by calling the Bucks Ticket Line at (319) 232-5633, by visiting the Bucks Ticket Office which is currently open, or by purchasing online by clicking on this link. Tonight's game can be heard on 1650 The Fan and online at www.waterloobucks.com with play-by-play announcer Matt Gruemmer.
The Bucks play at Riverfront Stadium where team ownership has invested more than $70,000 in improvements since the end of the 2014 season including painted bleachers, public Wi-Fi, sound system, group outing areas, and concessions equipment.
