Saturday's B-Mets Game Suspended

Saturday's Binghamton Mets game against the New Britain Rock Cats has been suspended because of rain at New Britain Stadium in New Britain, Connecticut. Binghamton was leading 7-0 in the middle of the second inning at the time of the suspension.

The game will be resumed beginning at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday. Following the completion of the suspended contest, Sunday's regularly scheduled game will begin. That game is slated for seven innings. Bobby Parnell (5-3, 4.35) will start the regularly scheduled contest against Oswaldo Sosa (2-5, 6.32) of New Britain. The radio broadcast will begin at 1:20 on Newsradio 1290 WNBF.
