New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
Manchester, NH- Luis Sanchez ripped a two-run double in the sixth inning, and Eric Thames connected for his first career Eastern League homer in the bottom of the ninth, but the New Hampshire Fisher Cats saw their four-game winning streak snapped with a 13-3 loss to the Trenton Thunder at Merchantsauto.com Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.
Sanchez (1-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI) broke up the Thunder's shutout bid with a two-out double off reliever Wilkins Arias in the sixth, scoring Adam Loewen (walk) and Al Quintana (double), cutting Trenton's lead to 6-2.
