San Diego Re-Signs Receiver Jordan Kress

The San Diego Strike Force have signed receiver Jordan Kress to their 2024 Indoor Football League roster.

Kress (5-11, 190, New Mexico / Colorado State) re-joins the Strike Force for his second season as a member of the IFL. In his rookie year of 2023, he had the opportunity to learn behind a trio of top indoor receivers. He recorded two touchdowns on four receptions while also contributing on special teams.

"He [Jordan] is the definition of a perfect teammate who will do whatever is necessary for the team," said head coach Taylor Genuser. "He can run every route in the tree, has big play ability when the ball is in the air, is a fearless blocker, and is a demon on special teams."

Kress, originally from Loveland, Colorado, finished his collegiate career near home at Colorado State where he played in six games. Prior to joining the Rams, he spent two years at New Mexico. In his junior season (2019), he played in all 12 games and led the with 28 receptions, 530 yards and six touchdowns.

Jordan spent his first two years of eligibility at Butte Junior College. He led the team as a receiver in both seasons and recorded 64 receptions for 1,292 yards and 11 touchdowns. Jordan played his prep career at Mountain View High School in Loveland, Colorado where he earned All-Area honors and placed in the state finals in the 100m and 200m as a senior.

The Strike Force will open the 2024 season on the road against the Duke City Gladiators before hosting the San Antonio Gunslingers for their home opener at Pechanga Arena on Monday, April 1st.
